Merrick Community Services has been serving the East Side since 1908 when Mrs. H. T. Quinlan founded the Christ Child Society in St. Paul. Since then Merrick Community Services has been working in partnership with Saint Paul’s East Metro. We look forward to continuing to serve the community and working together to improve the lives of the residents by empowering individuals, strengthening families, and promoting their independence.
Serving Saint Paul’s East Side since 1908, Merrick Community Services serves nearly 15,000 people a year, with a valued history of assisting individuals and families in transitioning from poverty to independence.
Programming is currently offered at primarily two different locations:
- Administration, Employment Services, Family Services, 965 Payne Avenue – Suite 300 (map)
