Participant Registration

Please fill out the below information completely and accurately to ensure your eligibility . 

*** Address must be verified by showing a form of ID or a piece of mail with the guardian’s/parent’s name and corresponding address listed upon arriving for your scheduled shopping appointment for both in person and curbside pick-up.

Note: Filling out the Holiday Share Registration Form does not guarantee a spot for the toy event, as distributions are contingent upon fundraising and donations.

Important Registration Information

  • There will be a limit of 10 children allowed per family to be signed up for gifts 
  • Due to space, COVID-19 and CDC guidelines individuals will not be allowed to enter the building until your scheduled appointment time 
  • Appointment time confirmation emails and text messages will be sent out on 12/5/2022 
  • Due to limited space, COVID-19 and CDC guidelines, no children will be allowed to participate during in person shopping 

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements for Participants

Fully Vaccinated individuals can shop in-person but MUST show proof of vaccination upon arrival Non-Vaccinated individuals will only be allowed to participate in curbside pick-up on Monday If you are vaccinated you can still sign up for the drive up if that day works better for you.

Note: the curbside pick-up shopping model does not allow you to physically pick out gifts for your family.
