The Employment Services program provides a number of resources and skills to enable clients the tools identify and obtain career opportunities. These resources provided unemployed and underemployed adults with resume building, job searches, email access, professional computer skills, as well as help to identify employment references and interview skills. The program features an 8 week Construction Training program each year.

The Family Services program utilizes skilled resources to address the complex needs of families through community referrals from partner agencies. These resources include domestic violence (DV) prevention, mental health DX, as well as individual and family case management services in order to educate and reduce the number of families affected by violence.

The Food Shelf program provides fresh and healthy food to low income residents on the East Side of St. Paul at its main facility in Maplewood, MN. Utilizing a Client Choice model, participants can shop for their specific needs while satisfying individual, family, and cultural preferences. The program features both mobile food shelves and multicultural produce distributions.

The Senior Services program is dedicated to providing services that enable area seniors to remain independent and to continue living in their own homes for as long as possible. Operating the largest Meals on Wheels program in Ramsey County, nutritious food is delivered daily to elderly residents in East Saint Paul. The program also features Senior Mobile distributions and Social Groups to encourage community interaction.
