SERVICE DETAILS
- P+P provides free tax preparation and financial services to individuals making $40,000 or less and families with income of $70,000 or less. All tax returns are prepared by IRS-certified volunteers attending extensive training through P+P. Every tax return goes through a quality review process to ensure
- P+P offers financial services and products (savings accounts and pre-paid debit cards) that help increase the financial impact of tax refunds. P+P also provides access to credit reports, referrals to P+P’s financial coaching program, and referrals to partner organizations that offer financial counseling like Lutheran Social Services- Financial Counseling and Financial Planning
- Service delivery this year will be an in-person model by appointment only. Customers can call 651-287-0187 to schedule an appointment or make an appointment online at: prepareandprosper.org. No walk-in customers will be accepted.
- Customers arriving more than 15 minutes late to their appointment will need to reschedule. This will be communicated clearly to customers.
